the Dietitian is responsible for managing the nutrition care of patients. This includes nutritional assessment, development and implementation of nutrition care plans, diet counselling, evaluation of care and arrangement for follow-up care. The incumbent acts as a nutrition consultant to other members of the health care team, shares department responsibilities and provides education experiences for dietetic interns. HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS
Collective Agreement" Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Preference given to candidates with Clinical Dietitian experience Preference to those with experience with acute care patients in hospital setting Preference given to candidates with Pediatric Clinical Nutrition experience Education Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (BSc(Nutr)) Dietetic Internship certificate Other Information The caseload for this position will include adult acute care.
This position works weekends on a rotation basis.
Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Dietitians Registered/eligible for registration with the Dietitians of Canada (DC)

HSAS seniority in the SHA will be considered under the selection criteria Experience as a staff dietitian is preferred.
Working Monday to Friday 0800-1630.
