- We are seeking a Direct Sales Agent to provide excellent customer service, drive sales, maintain product displays, and promote the company’s products, services, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, arranged, and tagged.
- Promote KongaPay, BNPL, Konga Travels & Tours, and other sales channels.
- Drive sales, negotiate with customers, and achieve targets.
- Provide accurate product information and feedback on pricing and new products.
Requirements
- Minimum of NCE, OND, HND, B.Sc., or equivalent.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Fast learner with valuable customer service and communication skills.
