Role Description The Director of Business Development is a contract role responsible for driving commercial growth and expanding Globyz’s biopharma partner network. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying current business opportunities, leading outreach and relationship-building with prospective clients, and developing strategic account plans that align with Globyz’s integrated commercialization and supply chain services. Qualifications

Proven New Business Development and Lead Generation skills,



with experience identifying and converting opportunities in biopharma or related life sciences sectors.

Strong Business Planning capabilities, including market analysis, territory planning, and development of growth strategies for commercialization and supply chain services.

Demonstrated expertise in Contract Negotiation, with a track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-stakeholder agreements.

Effective Account Management experience, including relationship stewardship, upselling, and cross-selling within key accounts.

Experience in biopharma, pharmaceutical services, or healthcare logistics, ideally within clinical trial supply, commercialization, or cold chain distribution.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers and cross-functional internal teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using CRM systems and sales reporting tools to manage pipelines and performance metrics.
