Take charge of facilities operations as the Director of Facilities and Maintenance for a thriving distribution organization. Lead maintenance teams, oversee compliance, and drive operational efficiencies across several sites. This vital role reports to the Vice President and requires an individual with over 5 years of hands-on management in warehouse or industrial environments.

You will be tasked with ensuring regulatory compliance and developing high-performance teams while optimizing preventative maintenance programs and managing budgets. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct facilities and maintenance operations across multiple sites
- Lead budget management and identify savings
- Oversee compliance with safety standards
- Develop emergency response and continuous improvement plans
- Mentor and coach the maintenance team for excellence Requirements:
- Education in Facilities Management or a similar field
- 5+ years of relevant management experience
- Competent in Microsoft Office software
- Experience with industrial refrigeration or CMMS is a plus
