As the HR Business Partner, you will support Discovery's Porcupine site by providing expert guidance and driving HR initiatives.

Reporting to the HR Superintendent, you will collaborate with employees, managers, and the corporate HR team, ensuring effective implementation of HR programs and a culture of empowerment.

Your role will also include managing recruitment processes and participating in union meetings. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers
- Manage new hire inductions and orientations




- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team for recruitment
- Facilitate HR training and program updates
- Conduct independent investigations into HR matters Requirements:
- Educational background in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR
