We are an asset-based transportation company that services Canada and USA using dry vans and reefers. We are looking for a dispatch and customs clerk to join our growing company.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Manage all incoming calls and resolve any customer escalations
- Track and trace
- Data entry
- Perform data entry for importing and exporting documentation
- Liaise with various departments, internally and externally
- Collaborate with the various customers and drivers to solve any logistical problem
- Overseeing the day-to-day logistics and dispatch operations for the company

Qualifications

- Must be fluent in English (spoken/written), French is preferred but not mandatory
- Must possess basic computer skills (Outlook, dispatch software, excel, Adobe PDF)
- Relevant experience experience in the transportation industry if preferred.
- Great communications skills
- Multi-Task is a MUST in our work environment.




- Must be a great team player and help other colleagues to achieve company goals.

- Full time, Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM
- Salary to be discussed according to experience in the field.
