CONNECTB2B LTD is recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare organization for an experienced District Sales Leader to lead sales operations across Western Canada.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in Medical Devices/MedTech and proven experience leading high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve revenue and order targets.
- Develop and coach Account Managers and Account Executives to maximize regional performance.
- Drive strategic sales initiatives and complex bundled deals.
- Manage regional operational budgets and sales forecasting.
- Travel across the territory with the sales team (up to 70% travel).

Requirements





- 10+ years of Medical Device or Healthcare sales experience.
- 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in Medical Capital Equipment.
- Proven record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Robust leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Executive-level selling, negotiation, and relationship management experience.
- Financial analysis skills including ROI, NPV, and ROA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
