Working the oven with confidence, precision, and real pride

Maintaining station prep and delivering consistent quality throughout the shift

Following Rudy's recipes, techniques, and meeting standards

Upholding food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times

Supporting the wider kitchen team and contributing to a great shift atmosphere What Rudy's needs Experience in a professional kitchen workplace A passion for Neapolitan Pizza and a genuine commitment to quality and consistency The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure - and enjoy doing it
