Taylin Child Care is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our in home Multi Age classroom team.

This position involves working alongside another teacher in a classroom of approximately 8 children, creating a nurturing, engaging, and play-based learning setting that supports children’s growth and development.

Position Details

● Monday to Friday

● 11-5:30pm 30-40 hours per week

Responsibilities

● Collaborate with a co-teacher to deliver a high-quality early learning program

● Implement engaging, play-based learning experiences

● Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development

● Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

● Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment

● Participate in daily classroom setup, cleaning, and organization

● Follow licensing regulations and company policies

Qualifications

● Valid Early Childhood Educator (ECE)





● Experience with Reggio Emilia-inspired practices

● Strong understanding of play-based learning philosophies

● Excellent teamwork and communication skills

● Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with fellow educators

● Positive, flexible, and professional attitude

● Passion for outdoor learning and nature-based experiences The Ideal Candidate:
