This role, reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, provides operational leadership for the Engineering Division.

Your responsibilities encompass guiding engineering services, utility planning, and capital project delivery among a multidisciplinary team. With significant infrastructure projects ongoing, your expertise will directly influence the City's long-term plans and operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Engineering Division functions and project delivery
- Manage construction and commissioning of municipal infrastructure




- Develop and administer departmental budgets and plans
- Collaborate with the Public Works Manager on strategic priorities
- Monitor consultant performance and project progression Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- P.Eng. registration with Engineers and Geoscientists BC
- 10+ years of engineering experience including 5 in leadership
- Expertise in municipal project management and funding
