Lead engineering initiatives with the Town of Midland as the Manager of Engineering and Capital Projects. Oversee designs, manage contracts, and enhance municipal services for the community. This full time role reports to the Executive Director, Infrastructure Management, overseeing various municipal projects.

The successful candidate must demonstrate expertise in civil engineering, project management, and asset management. A focus on standards maintenance and contract management ensures compliance with regulations and performance excellence. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee municipal infrastructure rehabilitation and new installations
- Ensure projects comply with design standards and regulations
- Manage contract preparation and evaluate bids for projects




- Prepare operational budgets and report financials to Council
- Coordinate energy management initiatives and design guidelines Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer designation and PEO membership
- 5 years of leadership experience in engineering projects
- Extensive project management experience, 7-10 years preferred
