Meet Circuit Stream

Where education meets innovation.

At Circuit

Stream, we offer skill-based online programs for adults ready to upskill or reskill, along with cutting-edge pre-university programs for youth in fields such as technology, design, business, and healthcare. We partner with leading universities across North America to deliver hands-on, applied learning that opens doors to future opportunities. We are looking for an Enrollment Advisor who can combine empathy with commercial discipline: someone who communicates with confidence, follows up consistently, handles objections thoughtfully, responds well to coaching, and stays accountable to clear enrollment goals.

Why You’ll Love This Role

As an Enrollment Advisor, you will be the first point of contact in a student’s journey. You will guide prospective students through the decision-making and application process, helping them determine if our programs align with their goals. This is a consultative, people-focused sales role where success comes from building trust, understanding individual needs, and delivering an exceptional experience from the very first interaction.

Success comes from strong conversations, disciplined follow-up, thoughtful objection handling, and the ability to stay focused on outcomes without becoming transactional or pushy. What You'll Be Doing

Guide prospective students from first inquiry through application, financing, acceptance, and enrollment.

Lead confident, professional discovery calls that uncover a prospect’s goals, motivations, concerns, timeline, and decision criteria.

Explain program structure, outcomes, career support, tuition, financing options, and next steps clearly and accurately.

Assess whether a program is a genuine fit and recommend the most appropriate path for the prospective student.

Manage a longer sales cycle through consistent, organized, and personalized follow-up by phone, email, text, and scheduled meetings.

Respond to objections about cost, time commitment, confidence, career outcomes, financing, and competing priorities without becoming defensive or overly scripted.

Create appropriate urgency around deadlines and cohort dates while maintaining a respectful, learner-first experience.

Meet daily and weekly activity expectations, including calls, conversations, follow-ups, applications, and scheduled meetings.

Achieve monthly and cohort-based enrollment goals and take ownership of progress against target.

Maintain accurate, timely CRM records so every interaction, next step, objection, and commitment is documented.

Use CRM tasks, sequences, call notes, and pipeline stages consistently so leads do not fall through the cracks.

Participate actively in call reviews, coaching sessions, role plays, and performance discussions.

Apply feedback quickly and demonstrate measurable improvement in communication, discovery, objection handling, and closing.

Share patterns from prospective students with the wider team to improve messaging, program positioning, and the enrollment experience. What We're Looking For

Two or more years of experience in consultative sales, direct-to-consumer sales, admissions, recruitment, higher education,

or another goal-driven customer-facing role.

Fluent, polished verbal and written business English communication. You can explain complex information clearly, adapt your tone to the person in front of you, and represent the company professionally.

A track record of managing leads over multiple conversations rather than relying on one-call closes.

Strong follow-up discipline. You are organized, persistent, and comfortable staying engaged over several weeks without losing momentum.

Demonstrated ability to work through objections by listening carefully, asking strong questions, clarifying the real concern, and helping the prospect make a decision.

Evidence of coachability. You seek feedback, respond without defensiveness, and can point to specific examples of changing your approach based on coaching.

A goal-oriented mindset and a history of working toward measurable sales, activity, revenue, or enrollment targets.

The judgment to balance empathy with accountability. You care about the prospective student’s goals while remaining focused on moving qualified leads forward.

Experience discussing tuition, payment plans, financing, credit applications, or other high-consideration purchases is strongly preferred.

Comfort using CRM systems, sales engagement tools, calendars, video meetings, and digital communication platforms.

Strong attention to detail, particularly when documenting calls, scheduling next steps, and managing a high volume of active leads.

The ability to understand and confidently explain technical, career-focused, or skills-based programs.

Availability to work five days per week fully in office. Who This is For A confident communicator who sounds natural, credible, and professional on the phone, in writing, and on video.

Someone who asks thoughtful questions, listens for what is not being said, and can uncover the real reason a prospect is hesitating.

A person with disciplined follow-up who does not assume silence means no and does not let qualified leads disappear because the next step was not scheduled.

Someone who can stay warm and helpful while still asking directly for decisions, applications, deposits, or next steps.

A competitive, goal-driven teammate who wants clear targets, tracks progress, and adjusts activity when results are behind plan.

Someone who views coaching as an advantage and actively looks for ways to improve their calls, messaging, and conversion rate.

A resilient person who can hear objections or rejection without becoming discouraged, reactive, or inconsistent.

Someone who takes ownership of their pipeline and does not wait for a manager to remind them which leads need attention.

Who This Is Not

For

If you are uncomfortable speaking confidently with prospective students or struggle to communicate clearly and professionally.

If you prefer customer service but do not want responsibility for sales goals, activity targets, or enrollment outcomes.

If you tend to follow up once or twice and then move on when a prospect does not respond.

If you avoid direct conversations about cost, financing, urgency, commitment, or the decision itself.

If you respond to objections by repeating a script rather than listening, diagnosing the concern, and adapting your approach.

If you become defensive when calls are reviewed or when a manager gives direct feedback.

If you need constant reminders to update the CRM, complete follow-ups, or manage your pipeline.

If missed targets feel like someone else’s problem or you are uncomfortable being accountable to measurable results.

If you rely on charisma alone and do not value preparation, process, documentation, and consistent execution.

How Success Will Be

Measured

Enrollment results against weekly and monthly revenue targets.

Consistent completion of daily and weekly activity expectations.

Conversion rates across key stages, including inquiry to meeting, meeting to application, and application to enrollment.

Quality of discovery, program explanation, objection handling, and closing conversations.

CRM accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and reliability of next-step documentation.

Demonstrated improvement through coaching, call reviews, and performance feedback.

Professionalism and quality of the prospective student experience. What’s In It For You

Competitive base compensation of CAD $50,000-$60,000 per year, plus monthly commission: total on-target earning potential averages about $70,000 to $80,000 per year including commissions (or higher, for high performing advisors).

A high-impact role where your work directly influences student outcomes and company growth.

Clear performance expectations, coaching, and regular feedback to help you improve.

The opportunity to sharpen consultative selling, objection handling, follow-up, and closing skills.

A collaborative, driven team environment focused on strong execution and measurable results.

Exposure to university partnerships, career-focused education, and high-consideration consumer sales.

Opportunities for advancement based on performance, ownership, and growth. Ready to Apply?

Apply with your resume and a short response to the following questions:

Tell us about a longer sales cycle you managed. How did you keep the prospect engaged and move the opportunity forward?

Describe an objection you handled successfully. What was the real concern, how did you respond, and what was the outcome?

What goals or targets have you been responsible for, and how did you track your progress toward them? Strong applications will provide specific examples, numbers, and outcomes rather than general statements about being a people person. We’re committed to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace where diverse backgrounds and perspectives are valued.

What makes us different makes us stronger. If this sounds like the kind of workplace where you would thrive, apply today. By submitting your application, you consent to Circuit Stream contacting you by phone, text, or email.
