Enterprise Transformation Lead (ERP, Operations & Systems Integration)

Contract: 6-12 Months

Hourly Rate: $110-$150/hour

We're supporting a large-scale transformation program for a rapidly growing Canadian aviation services organization undergoing the integration of multiple businesses, operational platforms and finance systems. The program spans ERP, frontline operational systems, custom applications, data integration, reporting and enterprise-wide process transformation.

This is not a traditional ERP Project Manager role.

The successful candidate will own the integrated transformation program, coordinating Finance, Operations, Data and Technology workstreams while driving dependencies, decisions, testing, cutover and go-live readiness.

Responsibilities

- Own and maintain the integrated program plan across Finance, Operations, Data and Technology workstreams
- Manage dependencies, risks, decisions, actions and milestones across the program
- Coordinate internal teams, implementation partners, vendors and business stakeholders
- Challenge vendor recommendations, delivery plans and schedule assumptions when required
- Drive accountability across business stakeholders, vendors and implementation partners, ensuring decisions are made and issues are driven to closure
- Drive governance cadence, executive reporting and steering committee readiness
- Oversee testing, rollout, cutover and stabilization planning across multiple systems
- Identify downstream impacts across interconnected workstreams and drive issues through to resolution





Ideal Background

We're interested in candidates who have previously led:

- Multi-system transformation programs
- ERP, operational systems, custom application and integration initiatives running in parallel
- Enterprise integration and digital transformation initiatives
- M&A; or multi-entity transformation programs
- Order-to-cash transformation initiatives
- Programs involving third party vendors, internal development teams and systems integrators

Experience Required

- 10+ years delivering complex business systems or digital transformation programs
- Experience managing ERP (ideally NetSuite), operational systems, integrations and business process workstreams simultaneously
- Strong vendor and systems-integrator management experience
- Demonstrated experience with SIT, UAT, cutover and go-live readiness
- Comfortable operating in environments where ownership, requirements and solution decisions are still evolving
- Experience leading programs where ambiguity exists and business, process and technology decisions must be driven to closure
- Solid stakeholder management skills across executive leadership, business teams and technical teams

- ERP only Project Managers
- PMO Coordinators
- Pure Scrum Masters
- Candidates whose experience is limited to a single implementation workstream
- Professionals who have only managed vendor-led ERP deployments without broader transformation ownership
