Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as an Event Engagement Specialist is based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and optimizing the process of hosting kit-packing events across North America. Your tasks will include liaising with clients and charities, organizing and planning event logistics, and marketing events to expand reach and participation.

Additionally,



you will oversee the smooth execution of events, ensuring client satisfaction and creating meaningful impact for the partnered charities and communities.

Qualifications

- Proven skills in Customer Service and Communication to effectively collaborate with clients, charities, and team members.
- Experience in Event Planning and Event Marketing to manage logistics and promote events successfully.
- Proficiency in Sales to engage with clients, generate leads, and drive participation in events.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple events and meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for social enterprise and making a difference in communities.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative setting and build long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in the non-profit or charity sector is an asset.
