About the role

We are looking for a energetic Events & Partnerships Coordinator to play a key role in executing brand activations and support managing partnerships at Good Protein. This position suits someone who thrives in the fast pace of events, stays calm under pressure and isn't afraid to adapt on the fly. You will work closely with several internal teams (marketing, retail, supply chain) as well as external partners to ensure a memorable brand presence in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Events & Partnership Manager, you will:

- Manage inventory, forecasting, and re-ordering of core marketing materials (signage, sample cups, coupons, gift bags, etc.)

- Own end-to-end gifting coordination for events, community initiatives, auctions, and brand moments

- Work with Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery





- Own execution of small-to-mid scale local activations (gym/studio takeovers, community events, etc.)

- Support larger-scale activations (expos, marathons, festivals)

- Coordinate logistics including outreach, staffing, product allocation, and setup requirements

- Act as on-site lead or support to ensure seamless execution and strong brand representation at events

- Ensure all brand activations align with brand standards and create a strong consumer experience

- Support cross-functional coordination with retail teams, marketing, and external partners

- Build and manage run-of-show documents, event checklists, and trackers

- Assist in maintaining the events calendar and planning timelines

- Support post-event recaps including key metrics (attendance, sampling, engagement, etc.)

- Help manage the Partnerships inbox

Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in event planning, brand launches, or partnership management

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments

- Solid organizational skills and ability to multitask

- Dynamic personality with the ability to stay calm under pressure

- Valid Class 5 driver's license

- Availability and flexibility for events and travel (including some evenings or weekends)

- Mandatory proficiency in both French and English.
