: The Senior Chronic Disease Therapist will be responsible for intake assessment, functional evaluation, physical conditioning programs, and education for patients with chronic disease. In conjunction with the Manager, the incumbent will design, direct, organize and operate exercise programs for the First Step, Cardiac and Pulmonary programs.
The Senior Chronic Disease
Therapist is responsible for the overall organization of the active phase of the program.

Experience
- Two (2) years experience in the specific department/area/program
Education
- Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKin)
Licenses
- Automated External Defibrillator Certificate (AED)
- Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology - Certified Exercise Physiologist
