Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, create a relaxing setting for clients, and contribute to the overall success of our salon. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your expertise in nail treatments while delivering outstanding customer service and promoting retail products.

Duties

- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Able to perform Russian Manure is an asset.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in accordance with health regulations
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments and retail products
- Upsell additional services and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by demonstrating excellent communication skills and building rapport with clients




- Keep detailed records of services provided and client preferences for future appointments

Skills

- Proficiency in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylics, and nail art
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and listen attentively to client needs
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and product options
- Retail sales experience is a plus, with the ability to promote products confidently and professionally
