Enhance patient care quality as a Clinical Resource Nurse with a focus on Anesthesia and ICU nursing. This role emphasizes clinical expertise and collaboration with diverse health disciplines. Candidates must possess a minimum of three years’ experience in related clinical settings, specifically in Anesthesia or ICU nursing. A Bachelor of Nursing Degree is preferred, along with current CRNM registration and BCLS certification.
Key responsibilities include leadership, establishment of IVs, and patient/family education. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish IVs for patient care effectively
- Set up and interpret invasive monitoring systems
- Collaborate with health professionals for patient needs
- Lead and mentor nursing staff within clinical settings
- Educate patients and families on care procedures Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of related ICU or Anesthesia nursing experience
- Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred
- Current CRNM registration and BCLS certification
- Solid critical thinking and interpersonal skills
