Stefanie's is a beloved Toronto boutique offering a curated selection of unique European women's clothing and accessories. For over 20 years, the owner has built a loyal clientele through exceptional service, deep industry knowledge and a warm inviting environment. We are now seeking a polished sales-driven Retail Associate to join our team and help elevate the customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, thrives in a boutique environment, and is excited about working directly with - and learning from - an experienced industry veteran. The right candidate will also have the opportunity to manage the store when the owner is travelling.

Duties and responsibilities include

- Create a warm, inviting atmosphere for every client who walks through the door
- Provide exceptional, personalized service and build long-lasting client relationships
- Drive sales through thoughtful styling, product knowledge and a customer first approach
- Support store operations including inventory, visual merchandising and daily upkeep
- Assist with social media and simple marketing initiatives
- Maintain strong knowledge of current collections, new arrivals and promotions
- Execute opening and closing procedures with reliability and care





What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales or high-end boutique environment
- Strong styling skills and a genuine passion for fashion
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Poised, polished communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Comfort with basic computer systems
- A warm personality and ability to build trust with clients
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
