In this vital role, you’ll ensure compliance and quality of RESP and RDSP plans, acting as a subject matter expert and guiding Registered Plan Administrators. Your expertise will stem from robust experience with regulatory frameworks and auditing processes to maintain service excellence. Key Responsibilities:

- Guide and monitor RESP/RDSP plan administration
- Process plan-related contributions, withdrawals, and transfers
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and alignment with SLAs
- Prepare filings for CRA and ESDC on time
- Mentor team members and assist team leaders Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in CIRO environment
- Detailed knowledge of applicable regulations
- Completed CSC or IFIC is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
