In this role, you’ll share practical insights, build student confidence, and help future professionals navigate the complexities of the criminal justice system.

Key Responsibilities





- Deliver engaging and informative instruction to PCF students • Track and support student progress through regular feedback and evaluations • Maintain accurate records and attendance as per institutional policy • Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervise student practice of techniques • Incorporate real-world examples and best practices from policing, corrections, and security fields. Requirements

What You Bring

- Graduation from a recognized Policing and Corrections Foundation program, or a related post-secondary program • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Corrections Officer • Previous teaching or training experience (an asset) • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset • A passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring others • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth Benefits
