Family Physician- Greater Victoria, BC Avalon Health Clinic is seeking Family Physicians to join our founding team as we prepare to open a new integrated primary care and multidisciplinary clinic in Greater Victoria. This is an opportunity to build a longitudinal patient panel in a collaborative environment where physicians work alongside Nurse Practitioners, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, counsellors, kinesiologists, and other allied health professionals, all under one roof. What you'll do:

- Provide comprehensive longitudinal primary care to an attached patient panel
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions across the lifespan
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary clinical team
- Refer seamlessly to in-house allied health and rehabilitation services
- Help shape the systems, workflows, and culture of a brand-new clinic What we offer:

- MD with registration (or eligibility) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia
- CCFP designation (or eligibility)
