Family Physician- Greater Victoria, BC

Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting Family Physicians on behalf of a new multidisciplinary primary care clinic opening in Greater Victoria, BC.

This is an opportunity to join the founding physician team and build a longitudinal patient panel in a modern, team-oriented practice designed around high quality patient care and physician support.

You will work alongside Nurse Practitioners, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, counsellors, kinesiologists, and other allied health professionals in an integrated clinical environment.

What you'll do:

- Provide comprehensive longitudinal primary care to an attached patient panel
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions across the lifespan
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary clinical team
- Refer seamlessly to in-house allied health and rehabilitation services
- Help shape the systems, workflows, and culture of a brand-new clinic

Qualifications:

- MD with registration (or eligibility) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia
- CCFP designation (or eligibility)
- CMPA coverage
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care

About the Opportunity Our client is developing a new integrated healthcare model that brings family physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and allied health professionals together in one coordinated practice.

The clinic will also offer specialized programs in brain injury and concussion recovery, surgical pre- and post-operative care, and post-intensive care rehabilitation, creating a truly collaborative environment for both patients and providers.
