We are seeking a skilled Equipment Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in maintaining and repairing various types of equipment, particularly in agricultural and heavy machinery settings. This role is crucial for ensuring the operational efficiency of our equipment, which is essential for our daily operations.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in farm machinery and heavy equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of parts.
- Assist in the operation of equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in equipment performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing repairs and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications





- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in repairing farm machinery or heavy equipment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating parts needed for repairs.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repair tasks.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
