This role involves working independently, often during irregular hours, while demanding solid organizational skills and an ability to problem-solve. As a key player, you'll engage with customers, ensure product functionality, and support your team. Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and resolve customer issues with Pason equipment
- Recommend product changes based on customer needs
- Install and maintain Pason equipment to standards
- Train users in system operations and features
- Track rig movement and communicate with management Requirements:
- Experience in oilfield drilling and service rigs preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Eligible for international travel to the US
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean record
