Responsibilities:

- Manage daily financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial performance
- Develop and maintain financial reports for management review
- Support accounting processes, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities
- Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and reduce costs




- Assist with financial planning and business strategy development
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations
- Collaborate with leadership and department teams on financial decisions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial management software

Pay: $62,640.58-$192,230.48 per year
