Join REAL as the Fixed Assets and Maintenance Leader, ensuring high-quality facility operations. This full time management role emphasizes budget management and proactive maintenance services. Reporting to the Director of Asset Protection & Deliverables, you will guide the repair and preventative maintenance programs across REAL District.

Your responsibilities include setting departmental objectives, monitoring industry trends, and ensuring workplace safety compliance. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to support event delivery is a core duty, and your strategic planning will drive operational success. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement departmental goals and performance measures
- Oversee maintenance of utilities, HVAC, and electrical systems




- Manage maintenance programs using CMMS
- Schedule maintenance to optimize asset life
- Evaluate maintenance performance through reports Requirements:
- Degree or Red Seal certification in a relevant engineering field
- At least five years maintaining building systems
- Project management experience advantageous
- Familiarity with union environments is preferred
- Proficient in managing multiple priorities under pressure Enhance operational reliability and safety at REAL through effective maintenance leadership.
