Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to set a welcoming tone.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly suggestions.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tables, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery,



supporting smooth restaurant operations.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for accurate cash handling.
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that emphasize customer service excellence is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
