Roofing, we do not believe in “business as usual” but instead in treating our community as members of an extended family. We are looking for an experienced Foreman to join the ranks and lead a team of Roofing Knights. As the Flat Roofer Foreman, you will be in the field, directly supervising and coordinating the activities of workers and their helpers.
As the Foreman, you will perform both supervisory and management functions and engage in the same construction/roofing trade work as the workers. As each project is completed, you will provide timely and quality installation of all assigned roofing projects in the field.
Schedule day-to-day operations
Conduct hands-on training of new crew members
Complete and maintain proper daily paperwork
Maintain good public relations with customers
Maintain a safe working environment according to OH&S; standards and requirements.
