Position Overview
As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, staying organized, and being part of a positive fitness environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and visitors with a warm, qualified attitude
- Assist with member sign‑ups, account questions, and general inquiries
- Operate the POS system for purchases, membership payments, and retail transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Perform occasional cleaning tasks throughout the gym to support overall upkeep
- Ensure smooth shift transitions and accurate closing procedures
- Support the team with day‑to‑day operations as needed
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and staying organized
- Basic POS or retail experience is an asset (training provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work the required mix of mid‑day, closing, and occasional weekend shifts
- Interest in fitness or wellness is a bonus
