We are seeking a Developer, Marketing Campaign Delivery & Execution (5+ years) to execute digital marketing campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimizer, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Join a digital marketing team supporting large-scale customer communications and authenticated channel campaigns within the banking sector. This role focuses on campaign design, development, publishing, and optimization across email, Mobile Banking, and ABM channels as part of a migration from Oracle Responsys to Adobe Journey Optimizer. The position offers exposure to high-volume digital engagement initiatives supporting retail and global business banking marketing programs.
Location: Toronto/Hybrid (4 Dyas a week in office)
Duration: 6 Months (Good Chance of Extension)
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
2-3 years of experience with AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer)
2-3 years of experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of email/web development principles and best practices.
Experience as a front-end developer or similar role in Marketing Nice-To-Have Skills:
Experience creating and editing emails for delivery with products such as Oracle Responsys
French/Spanish language skills are preferred.
Experienced user of Adobe Creative Cloud and solid experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Litmus and/or animated GIFs is a plus.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Education & Certificates:
- HTML, CSS accreditation or four-year degree [Marketing, Design or related field preferred]. Best VS.

The best candidate is someone with HTML coding experience for email and web, including knowledge of responsive design for mobile and has experience with AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer).
They should also be knowledgeable about best practices and accessibility guidelines, such as Dark mode development.
