Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Front of House (FOH) Team Member to join our team. You will be responsible for creating a remarkable guest experience by delivering genuine hospitality, fast and accurate service, and ensuring operational excellence. As the face of Chick-fil-A, FOH Team Members provide friendly and efficient service while maintaining brand standards.

They also work collaboratively with their team and leadership to uphold Chick-fil-A’s commitment to exceptional service and guest satisfaction

What You'll do

Guest Experience & Service

- Greet guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality
- Take, prepare, and serve guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Verify order accuracy and ensure presentation meets Chick-fil-A standards
- Deliver quick and friendly service in the dining room, front counter, and drive-thru
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring they feel heard and valued
- Uphold Chick-fil-A’s hospitality and service standards at all times
- Foster loyalty by going above and beyond to create remarkable experiences.

Team Collaboration

- Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and leaders to maintain restaurant flow
- Be proactive and reliable,



supporting performance and cleanliness across various stations.
- Stay engaged with team’s communications channel and restaurant updates
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting the Chick-fil-A Heartland core values of “Here to Serve”, Ownership, Care, and Trust

Note: Team member responsibilities are not limited to the ones listed above and from time to time may be required to perform additional duties to support business demands.

Work Hours

- Operating Hours: 9:30 am – 11:00 pm, Monday to Saturday
- Closed Sundays

The base hourly rate for this position is CAD $17.60
