Influence the future of trades education as a full-time instructor in the Heavy Duty Technician program at Peace River School Division. Help shape the lives of students pursuing careers in the skilled trades. Your primary responsibility will be to develop high-quality instructional materials and deliver hands-on training in a collaborative setting.

Engage with students through practical experiences while building industry partnerships and community connections that enrich learning pathways and career aspirations. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative classroom and shop instruction
- Teach Alberta-approved Air Brake courses with certification
- Enhance and grow the Collegiate Trades Program • Create learning experiences aligned with Alberta Education standards
- Monitor and support student learning and progress Requirements:
- Interprovincial Red Seal in Heavy Duty Technician
- Minimum five years of industry experience
- Experience in teaching or mentoring roles
- Strong commitment to Indigenous education
- Current Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check Become a pivotal figure in developing skilled trades education at Peace River School Division.
