As an NSWOC, you'll conduct wound assessments, manage ostomy care, and develop personalized care plans. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential for creating effective strategies that improve quality of life. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive wound assessments and care
- Develop personalized care plans for clients
- Educate clients and families on health management
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
- Mentor and support other healthcare providers Requirements:
- RN license in the province of practice
- Completion of NSWOCC WOC-EP program
- Three years’ experience in wound care preferred
- Strong communication and assessment skills
