Your role
As a Tactical Security Guard, you are the first line of defense — and the first to help. You’ll:
- Patrol the property and maintain a visible security presence.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activity.
- Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and alarms.
- Use de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts professionally.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff.
- Complete accurate reports and use computer-based reporting systems.
- Follow site procedures and support the Team Lead with daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, emergency responders, and your team.
- Help maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment every day.

What you bring
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certification (WSIB approved)
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Stay active throughout your shift with the ability to stand and patrol for up to 12 hours.
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Enjoy Consistent Shifts and Work-Life Balance with every other weekend off.
