Responsibilities

- Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and swiftly
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities




- Manage time effectively to ensure timely order completion during busy hours

Qualifications

- Prior food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards
- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Understanding of sanitation practices and food safety regulations
- Ability to work full time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
