At Mel’s Enterprises, we take pride in serving our community as a one-stop shop for convenience and on-the-go necessities. We are seeking a motivated Food Service Attendant / Cashier-Pump Attendant to join our team.

This cross-trained position involves working across both our gas station/convenience store and in-house food establishment (Robins). In this role, you will support daily operations while helping create a welcoming and efficient environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly, professional customer service and greet customers with a positive attitude
- Dispense fuel safely and monitor pumps/site conditions for safety risks
- Accurately take customer orders using a POS system and answer questions about products and menu items
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining an accurate cash float
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to safety and quality standards
- Package take-out orders neatly and correctly
- Stock and replenish shelves, food items, and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas,



including indoor and outdoor spaces (sweeping, garbage removal, snow clearing)
- Complete opening and closing duties, including securing the site
- Communicate effectively with team members and support daily operations
- Address customer concerns or escalate to management as needed

Qualifications
- Eligible to work legally in Canada
- Friendly, professional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions while alone on shift
- Available to work evenings, days, weekends, and holidays (required)
- Able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Maintains a professional appearance and attitude

Pay: $16.75-$17.75 per hour
