We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Farm Worker to join our dynamic agricultural team. Duties

- Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops using appropriate tools and equipment
- Operate farm machinery such as tractors, tillers, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance on farm machinery, irrigation systems, and tools to ensure optimal performance
- Handle heavy lifting tasks involving bags of soil, feed, or harvested produce with proper technique
- Use hand tools and power tools for repairs, adjustments, and general farm upkeep
- Support irrigation setup and management to ensure crops receive adequate water supply
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, storage facilities,



and equipment to promote safety and efficiency

Requirements

- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with farm machinery and equipment
- Experience with irrigation systems and understanding of horticultural practices preferred
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and confidently
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance procedures on a farm setting
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measuring inputs, calculating quantities, or recording data accurately
- Willingness to learn about crop cultivation techniques and sustainable farming practices
