Description And Requirements
As a Senior Financial Analyst reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business and finance stakeholders, driving financial excellence across the enterprise. This role is critical in translating strategic priorities into measurable financial outcomes that inform executive decision-making and ensure alignment between leadership teams and finance. In this role, you will support the financial analysis and financial stewardship of operating expense management, build and maintain global forecasts and driver-based financial models that identify key risks and opportunities.
As a strategic business partner, you will work closely with senior leadership to support financial tracking and management reporting processes. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing analytical depth and clarity to support decision-making while facilitating alignment between finance and business stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Lead financial tracking, reporting, and forecasting across enterprise programs and initiatives
Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, long-term planning, and strategic planning processes
Develop and maintain global indirect cost financial planning and analysis, ensuring accuracy and alignment to organizational priorities
Provide finance support, including financial analysis and business case development
Validate forecast and budget assumptions across various business units and review risks and opportunities across the business
Prepare executive-level reporting and monthly FP&A; content for Senior Leadership Team meetings
Translate complex financial and operational insights into transparent, actionable narratives
Develop and present high-quality executive materials, financial summaries, reports, and presentations for SLT and other governance forums
Partner with senior leadership to align business and financial strategies, ensuring decisions are supported by robust financial data and analysis Required & Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA or equivalent financial designation preferred
5+ years of experience in FP&A; and/or financial reporting
Proficient knowledge of Workday/Adaptive Insights or other large ERP/Planning systems is considered an asset
Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, and stakeholder management
Advanced proficiency with Excel, financial modeling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to translate data into executive insights
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
