Role Description This full-time, in office General Laborer role is based in Edmonton, AB.

The General

Laborer will perform day-to-day condo maintenance tasks, including cleaning common areas, assisting with minor repairs, and supporting seasonal work such as snow removal or grounds upkeep.

Responsibilities may include trash and recycling collection, basic building upkeep, and helping maintenance staff with manual tasks such as moving materials or equipment. The role requires following safety procedures,



using hand tools and basic equipment, and completing assigned tasks efficiently and professionally.

The General

Laborer will interact respectfully with residents and team members, reporting issues or hazards promptly to supervisors.

Qualifications

Ability to perform general labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and working on feet for extended periods.
