About the Role

Are you a reliable and hardworking individual with hands-on experience in residential construction? Paragon Living is seeking a Skilled General Labourer to support our growing multi-family residential projects. This is an exciting prospect to be part of a collaborative team that values craftsmanship, safety, and a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

· Load, unload, and transport construction materials to designated work areas





· Clear debris and maintain a clean and safe job site using shovels, wheelbarrows, and other equipment

· Prepare work areas for subtrades and assist with setup

· Operate hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws) under supervision

· As the position evolves, other duties may be required to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and uphold Paragon’s Core Values.

What We’re Looking For

· Previous construction experience an asset

· Familiarity with construction tools and safety procedures

· Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

· Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

· Team-oriented mindset with good commun
