Duties

- Assist with site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling to maintain a protected and organized work environment
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment efficiently and safely
- Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas and delivering supplies as needed
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision, following all safety protocols
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and promptly
- Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or safety concerns
- Help with setting up scaffolding, barricades,



or signage to ensure site safety and compliance

Requirements

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in construction or industrial environments
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow directions carefully
- Reliable transportation to get to various job sites as required
- Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
