The General Manager is responsible for the protected delivery of the operational plan for all of PCE. This includes health and safety performance and financial results. They organize, direct, and supervise—through the personnel under their direction—the commissioning, performance, and profitability of the company's project operations.

- Manage all operational aspects and ensure the delivery of projects according to safety standards and financial performance;
- Lead the control, estimating, procurement, contracts, and maintenance teams to optimize the function of each department;
- Develop and execute long-term operational and project development strategies aligned with corporate objectives;
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement to exceed production, quality, and cost control targets;
- Optimize equipment utilization, workforce productivity, and ore recovery;
- Promote a culture of prevention by implementing rigorous safety programs and risk management systems;
- Develop operational budgets (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX) while driving cost reduction initiatives;
- Analyze performance data to identify growth and efficiency opportunities;
- Mobilize, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team while fostering synergy across all departments (Technical, Maintenance, Finance, EHS, and HR).

Job Requirements





- Ideally a degree in Mining Engineering or a technical diploma (relevant experience in underground projects may substitute);
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in underground mining operations;
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role;
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale underground mining projects;
- Strong knowledge of mining regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance;
- Superior leadership, communication, and decision-making skills;
- Willingness to travel to remote mine sites as needed;
- A rigorous mindset focused on safety and operational predictability.
