General Postdoctoral Researcher (Masters/PhDs) - AI Training About The Role What if your years of advanced research and deep domain expertise could directly shape how the world's most powerful AI models think, reason, and solve problems? Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design and solve advanced, multi-disciplinary problems with real-world relevance that challenge and improve AI reasoning capabilities
Apply your domain expertise to develop complex problem statements that expose gaps in AI understanding
Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for academic rigor, logical depth, and technical accuracy
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to refine model performance
Ensure clarity, depth, and scholarly precision across all deliverables
Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule Who You Are Hold a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a leading university
Have a strong track record in research, publications, or complex technical project work
Think rigorously — you approach problems with structure, depth, and intellectual honesty
Communicate complex ideas clearly and precisely in written English
Self-motivated and consistent when working independently without close supervision
Comfortable engaging with challenging, open-ended problems across disciplines Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
Background spanning multiple STEM disciplines or cross-domain research experience
