Requirements
- Skilled experience with one or more of the following: Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience debugging, testing, and optimising software applications.
- Ability to work with large and complex codebases.
- Demonstrated open-source contributions through GitHub or GitLab.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written communication and technical documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, deliverable-based environment.
- Availability to contribute approximately 15 hours per week.
- Preferred: Experience with software architecture, code reviews, or large-scale engineering projects.
- Preferred: Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, including ChatGPT or similar coding assistants.
