Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and disciplined Customer Service Officer with a strong background in graphic design and print coordination.

In this dual-capability role, you will serve as the key bridge between our clients, internal sales team, and production operations. You will manage client communications, coordinate orders, and utilize your design expertise to review, tweak, or prep design files for print production.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Order Coordination

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, orders, order updates, and feedback.
- Coordinate project workflows between clients, sales reps, prepress, and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Actively listen to customer needs, address concerns proactively, and provide constructive feedback to internal teams to ensure continuous service improvement.
- Maintain accurate customer accounts, order records, and job specifications.

Graphic Design & Pre-press Support

- Review client-submitted design artwork for layout, accuracy, resolution, color specs, and print readiness.
- Perform minor design modifications, reformatting,



and proof generation using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Collaborate with production to ensure design files align with packaging and printing capabilities.

Qualifications & SkillsRequired Skills & Experience

- Education/Experience: 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Client Coordination, or Account Management—ideally within the printing, packaging, or prepress industry.
- Graphic Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
- Printing Knowledge: Solid understanding of print prepress, file formats (bleed, die lines, color profiles, spot colors), and print production workflows.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable giving and receiving clear feedback.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

- Hands-on experience or familiarity with Labeltraxx print management software is a strong asset.
