Katalyze AI is searching for a dynamic growth marketing leader to build the marketing function from the ground up. Engage in both strategic and hands-on execution for our innovative biotech initiatives. This role offers a unique prospect to manage the complete marketing landscape at Katalyze AI, driving awareness and demand in a B2B setting.

You will directly report to the CEO while leading marketing strategies that target biopharma and advanced manufacturing. If you are a resourceful doer comfortable with end-to-end marketing, this position could be your next step. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead all facets of the marketing mix, managing outbound and inbound strategies
- Design and implement demand generation campaigns




- Develop an effective ABM strategy for enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with external marketing agencies for extended capabilities
- Create and execute a rich content strategy, including case studies Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Successful track record with start-up pipeline building
- Familiarity with ABM tools like Demandbase
- Experience in regulated industries like pharma preferred
