Required Skills

- 10+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter experience
- Strong Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain knowledge
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud migrations and upgrades
- Solution architecture and enterprise integration experience
- Java, Gosu, REST APIs, SOAP
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD
- Experience leading large-scale Guidewire implementations
- Solid stakeholder communication and technical leadership

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and architecture of Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions.
- Drive Guidewire Cloud migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives.
- Design integrations with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and third-party systems.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, and best practices.
- Support claims processes including FNOL, adjudication, litigation, subrogation, fraud, and settlement.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Mentor technical teams and support project delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
