Become a part of Day & Ross's team in Hartland, NB, as a full-time Planner.

Your role ensures effective delivery planning and scheduling for effective truck operations. You will coordinate loads, manage deliveries while addressing issues, and maintain communication with Drivers and Brokers. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will drive successful freight movement and contribute to enhanced service levels within the team. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and organize loads two to seven days ahead
- Line up loads and monitor delivery efficiencies
- Supervise Drivers and manage operational issues
- Communicate regularly with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain awareness of road and weather conditions Requirements:
- Post secondary education in a related field
- 2 years' experience in a planning role
- Highly organized with multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills;
