Health Policy & Management – AI Content Specialist About The Role Your public health expertise is more valuable than ever — and not just in traditional settings. We're looking for Masters in Public Health (MPH) professionals to help train and evaluate large language models (LLMs) on complex health policy, epidemiology, and population health topics.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design Complex Public Health Scenarios — Create advanced problems involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and statistical interpretation of clinical trials to challenge AI reasoning
Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses that synthesize peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and current guidelines (CDC, WHO, and more)
Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for accuracy, bias, and adherence to ethical standards; identify misinformation and logical gaps
Refine AI Reasoning — Provide structured feedback to help models distinguish correlation from causation, and improve how they communicate health risks to diverse populations Who You Are Holds a Masters in Public Health (MPH), MSPH, or closely related graduate degree
Strong foundational knowledge in at least two of: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy
Skilled at translating complex health data into clear, accurate, and culturally sensitive written content
High attention to detail when reviewing statistical significance, citations, and intervention logic
No prior AI experience required — we'll guide you through everything Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, quality review, or evaluation systems
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Stata
